A special invitation, just for ICAN

Build the kind of optimism that holds up when it's tested.

After the incredible response to our conversation at ICAN, I wanted to create something special for this community: an invitation to read my new book before it's published, discover your own resilient optimism profile, and put the research to work together during two live sessions.

Optimism is not a feeling.
It's a behavior.

Resilient Optimism (Harvard Business Review Press) turns that idea into five practical behaviors — simple, repeatable ways to think more clearly under pressure, regain your sense of agency, and create forward momentum when the path ahead is uncertain.

We started this conversation at ICAN. Now we'll put the ideas to work — in our careers, our leadership, and our lives — and discover what changes.

What you get

Three elements, one experience

01

Early access

An advance digital copy of Resilient Optimism, weeks before it reaches stores.

02

Brand new assessment

Take the Resilient Optimism Assessment and discover your own profile — where you're already strong, and which behaviors could help you create greater momentum.

03

Live sessions together

Two interactive sessions with me and the ICAN community — designed to help you apply the research, not simply read about it.

How the sessions work

Test the ideas, then compare notes

Before our first session, you'll complete the brand-new Resilient Optimism Assessment and receive your personal profile. When we meet, we'll explore what your results reveal and walk through the five behaviors — so you leave knowing exactly what you want to practice.

Then you'll put the ideas to work in your career, leadership, and everyday life.

When we come back together, we'll share what you discovered, explore your questions, and celebrate the stories that emerged as you put the research into practice.
