<p>As Partner at Good Think Inc, a positive psychology consulting firm, Michelle works with Fortune 500 companies on ways to raise employee engagement and drive success.  Clients include Bank of America, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Boston Children&#8217;s Hospital, KPMG, and Crain&#8217;s Chicago Business.  She holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.</p>
<p>Michelle formerly served as the anchor of two national newscasts at CBS News, &#8220;The CBS Morning News&#8221; and &#8220;Up to the Minute&#8221;, as well a correspondent for &#8220;The Early Show.&#8221;  In 2009, Michelle produced &#8220;Happy Week&#8221;, a week-long series of interviews focusing on fostering happiness in life, relationships, the workplace and at home, especially during the recession.  In 2011, she appeared in her own weekly health and wellness segment, “Manic Monday” on FOX News Chicago.  She is a regular contributor for Psychology Today.</p>
